Job summary

POOLCORP offers the Management in Training - Operations (MIT) Program, an entry-level, hands-on training track based in our distribution warehouse. It includes six months of guided learning across operations and purchasing, with a pathway to Operations Supervisor or Manager roles nationwide after graduation.

Training is on-site; relocation is provided. After completion in May, participants may relocate with company assistance and pursue opportunities across the country, with travel up to 25% and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate’s degree with minimum 2.5 GPA.
• Leadership or problem-solving experience required.
• Willingness to relocate during/after program (company-paid).
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive hands-on training in Operations, Management, and Purchasing within the distribution center.
• Observe experienced staff to learn methods, procedures, and performance standards.
• Shadow contractors, service/maintenance, and retail customers to learn the industry.
• Attend classroom training sessions at the EDGEucation Center in Plano, Texas covering operations, financials, leadership and systems.
• Deliver a comprehensive presentation to senior management on program completion.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
