Job summary

POOLCORP is seeking candidates for the Management in Training - Operations (MIT) Program, an entry-level track based in our distribution warehouse. You will receive six months of guidance and hands-on experience across Operations, Management, and Purchasing.

Upon completion, graduates are eligible for Operations Supervisor or Manager roles nationwide. Training starts on-site in January 2027, with relocation support and travel required after completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain Management, Management or related field with minimum 2.5 GPA.
• Leadership experience or roles in distribution or supply chain settings.
• Willingness to relocate during and after the program at company expense.

Responsibilities

• Receive hands-on training in Operations, Management and Purchasing within a distribution center.
• Observe and learn methods, procedures, and performance standards for a sales center.
• Shadow contractors, service/maintenance and retail customers to learn the business.
• Participate in classroom training on leadership, finance and operating systems.
