Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree with minimum 2.5 GPA.
• Leadership roles or relevant internships accepted in lieu of work experience.
• Willingness to relocate for career development opportunities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive hands-on training in all areas of the distribution center, including Operations, Management and Purchasing.
• Observe experienced staff to learn methods and performance standards.
• Shadow contractors, service/maintenance and retail clients to learn industry aspects.
• Attend EDGEucation Center classroom sessions covering operations, leadership and systems.
• Present a comprehensive finish project to senior management after the MIT program.
• Support additional duties and special operations projects as assigned.
