Job summary

POOLCORP is offering the Management in Training - Operations (MIT) Program, an entry-level, hands-on training path based in our distribution warehouse. You will gain exposure to Operations, Management, and Purchasing and complete six months of guided training.

Graduates can apply for Operations Supervisor or Manager roles nationwide. Training is on-site, with relocation assistance after completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree with minimum 2.5 GPA.
• Willingness to relocate during and after the program (company expense).
• Ability to travel 25% of the time.
• Experience in leadership or problem-solving roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive hands-on training across Operations, Management, and Purchasing.
• Shadow contractors, service/maintenance, and retail customers to learn the business.
• Deliver a presentation to senior management at program end.
• Participate in classroom training at EDGEucation Center in Plano, TX.
