POOLCORP invites you to join its Management in Training - Operations program based in our distribution warehouse. This entry-level path offers six months of hands-on training in operations, management and purchasing, followed by opportunities as an Operations Supervisor or Manager nationwide.

Training is on-site at SCP Distributors locations with relocation assistance after May. You will learn the pool supply, irrigation and landscaping distribution industry through classroom and field

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain Management, Management, Operations or related field with 2.5 GPA or higher.
• Leadership experience or problem-solving roles are required.
• Willingness to relocate during and after MIT program; ability to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Receive hands-on training across Operations, Management and Purchasing.
• Observe experienced staff to learn processes and performance standards.
• Shadow contractors and customers to understand pool, irrigation and landscaping distribution.
• Deliver final MIT presentation to senior management.
