Job summary

POOLCORP is seeking candidates for the Management in Training – Operations (MIT) Program at our North Carolina distribution centers. This entry‑level, hands‑on training spans 6 months and covers Operations, Management and Purchasing in a fast‑ paced warehouse setting.

Graduates with a Bachelor's or Associate degree in Industrial Distribution or related field are encouraged to apply. Successful candidates may relocate with company assistance and pursue Operations Supervisor or Manager roles

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associate degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Management or related field; 2.5 GPA minimum.
• Previous leadership or problem-solving experience; internships or military leadership considered.
• Willingness to relocate during/after program; travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Receive hands-on training across Operations, Management and Purchasing.
• Observe experienced staff to learn processes and performance standards.
• Shadow contractors, service/maintenance, and retail customers.
• Participate in EDGEucation Center training on operations and leadership.
• Learn company policies and set performance goals with MIT program managers.
• Present to senior management on program completion.
• Perform other duties and special projects.
