Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations at our Seattle site, supervising drivers, associates, and 1099 contractors. This hourly role drives workflow, allocates labor, reinforces standards, and ensures on-time delivery to residents.

You will collaborate with the Warehouse Manager, promote safety, and maintain a clean, organized work environment while delivering an outstanding resident experience every day.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in warehouse/logistics operations.
• Experience supervising or leading teams.
• Able to learn Fetch WMS quickly and use technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch.
• Allocate labor and coordinate with drivers, associates, and contractors.
• Lead pre-shift and post-shift meetings and communicate goals.
• Provide timely feedback on performance and coach team members.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness on the floor and ensure SOP compliance.
