Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, supervise drivers, associates, and 1099 contractors, and partner with the Warehouse Manager to execute the plan and uphold Fetch standards. This role is the operational pulse of the site and requires hands-on leadership during peak times.

You will train staff on SOPs, monitor safety and performance, and serve as the on-site point of contact for residents and vendors to ensure a consistently excellent resident experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse/logistics experience.
• Experience supervising or leading a team preferred.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and stand for shifts.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch.
• Lead pre-shift and mid-shift meetings; communicate goals and assign duties.
• Allocate labor across areas based on volume and priorities.
• Provide timely feedback on performance; coach staff and assist evaluations.
• Train associates on SOPs and ensure SOP compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors for onboarding, dispatch, and scheduling.
• Use Fetch WMS to monitor workflow and report KPIs like SLA attainment.
• Maintain access control and report incidents; de-escalate resident issues as needed.
• Foster safety culture and address hazards promptly.
