Job summary

Fetch Package seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day site operations and act as a frontline leader for drivers, associates, and contractors. You will oversee receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to Fetch standards.

You will guide open/close procedures, conduct safety checks, and coordinate with the Warehouse Manager to meet daily plans while maintaining high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in warehouse, logistics, delivery, or operations environment.
• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Must lift 50+ pounds and be on your feet for the shift.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Execute building open/close procedures and verify security; oversee daily warehouse operations.
• Lead pre-shift/mid-shift meetings; communicate goals and assign duties across drivers, associates, and contractors.
• Allocate labor across areas based on volume and priorities.
• Provide direct feedback and coaching to associates and drivers; escalate issues as needed.
• Train associates on standard operating procedures and ensure SOP compliance.
• Coordinate with independent contractors; onboarding and scheduling.
• Monitor workflow using WMS and report KPIs like SLA attainment; document shift reports.
