Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalency required.
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory management and/or warehouse logistics.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems.
• Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete, audit-ready documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor inventory transactions for traceability and accuracy in ERP.
• Manage order processing from receipt to shipment with proper paperwork.
• Review orders, shipping paperwork, and inventory records for accuracy.
• Ensure shipping/receiving activities align with procedures and regulations.
• Track and resolve variances, errors, and compliance issues promptly.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, logistics, and accounting for accurate fulfillment.
• Support month-end inventory reconciliation and invoicing documentation.
• Assist in creating and maintaining standard procedures for compliance.
