Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years in inventory management or warehouse logistics.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiar with ERP systems.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain audit-ready documentation per ATF, DOT, OSHA and company policies.
• Monitor inventory transactions for traceability and ERP accuracy.
• Manage order management from receipt to shipment with on-time delivery.
• Review customer orders, shipping papers, and inventory for compliance.
• Ensure shipping/receiving activities comply with procedures.
• Assist month-end inventory reconciliation and invoicing support.
• Communicate order status and documentation needs to stakeholders.
