Job summary
GEODIS is hiring a Senior Warehouse Inventory Control Programs Manager to lead Inventory Program implementations across accounts. You will provide on-site support for go-lives, training, and improvements, while coordinating with Legal, IT, and Continuous Improvement teams to ensure KPI targets are met.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business/IT/Engineering and extensive experience with WMS systems (Synapse, Manhattan, SAP), plus 6+ years in Operations and Inventory Control in supply
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or Engineering preferred.
- Strong experience with WMS systems (Synapse, Manhattan, SAP).
- Minimum 6 years in Operations and Inventory Control in Supply Chain contexts.
Responsibilities
- Identify resources, timing and prioritization for Inventory Program implementations and provide on-site support and training at each account.
- Serve as primary contact for Implementation team for new startups, including go-live support, training and improvements.
- Evaluate new business deals and staffing models to meet KPI objectives.
- Coordinate with Legal team to review contracts and ensure KPI alignment with goals.
- Liaise with IT to draft documents (CWR/BRD) and guide new functionality for inventory control improvements.
- Write and maintain SOPs for Inventory Control and support testing before deployment.
