Job summary

GEODIS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate daily center activities, supervise staff, and ensure accurate inventory and efficient order processing. You will develop schedules, manage labor costs, and train new hires while upholding safety and ISO9002 standards.

This on-site role requires 3–5 years in warehousing with strong MS Office skills and experience with warehouse and labor management systems. Join a team focused on precision, safety, and performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 3–5 years related warehouse/distribution center experience.
1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
Experience with warehouse equipment and systems.
PC literate with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Coordinates daily activities within the distribution center.
Supervises staff and directs work related to order fulfillment, inventory, stocking and material handling.
Prepares work schedules and adjusts for labor needs.
Manages labor hours and payroll in electronic timekeeping system.
Interviews and trains new team members.
Ensures compliance with company policies and ISO9002 procedures.
