Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain and 7+ years in Warehousing/Transportation/Manufacturing.
• 7+ years in related Warehousing & Transportation and/or Manufacturing experience.
• Microsoft Office Suite, with Access/Excel/PowerPoint/Visio proficiency.
• Power BI/Tableau data visualization and SQL/DAX programming preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma and PDCA methodologies.
• Experience with CAD-based warehouse/design tools and WMS systems.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, data analytics, and automation concepts.

Responsabilités

• Lead high-impact CI projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth.
• Coordinate start-ups, retrofits, and expansions with pricing, go-live, and steady-state certifications.
• Coach teams in Lean, QA, and CI principles; drive Kaizen events and Value Stream Maps.
• Supervise CI engineers and quality professionals; participate in hiring and performance management.
• Provide regular progress reports and support inventory/supply chain strategy decisions.
