Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain and 7+ years in Warehousing/Transportation/Manufacturing
• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management with 5+ years experience
• Proficient in MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau) and database programming (SQL, DAX)
• Lean Six Sigma certified and familiar with PDCA, VSM, Kaizen

Responsibilities

• Collects data and performs statistical analysis; maps processes.
• Leads high-impact CI projects across the operation and supports start-ups/expansions.
• Coaches employees in CI, Lean, QA, and Lean principles; mentors teams.
• Supervises CI engineers and quality professionals as needed.
• Facilitates Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen events; ensures sustainment of improvements.
