Job summary

The role uses Lean, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and analytics to identify root causes and deliver sustained improvements. Travel up to 10–15% may be required as processes scale across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in warehousing, transportation or manufacturing; or Master's with 5+ years.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio are essential.
• Experience with data visualization (PowerBI/Tableau) and SQL/DAX is preferred.
• Knowledge of PDCA, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, Lean methods.
• Understanding core engineering/data analysis functions (slotting, labor planning, layouts).
• Lean Six Sigma and related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collects data, analyzes processes, and documents gaps; builds continuous improvement plans.
• Leads high-impact CI projects across the operation; supports startups and expansions.
• Coaches teams in CI, QA, and Lean principles; applies various engineering methods.
• Supervises CI engineering/quality professionals; participates in hiring and performance.
• Facilitates Value Stream Maps and Kaizen events; tracks progress and sustainment.
• Provides regular data-driven progress reports and supply chain strategy input.
