A leading telecommunications firm in Virginia is seeking a VTC Specialist to manage video conferences and provide Tier 1 support. This fully funded, 4-year role offers opportunities for growth within a dynamic team. Candidates must be able to obtain Public Trust and demonstrate strong customer service skills. Experience with Polycom and Cisco systems is preferred. On-site work at a secure facility is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance up to Top Secret.

• Experience in Windows environments needed.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage video conferences.
• Provide Tier 1 troubleshooting and customer support.
• Operate and maintain multi-vendor VTC equipment.
