Job summary

A small disadvantaged veteran-owned company in Virginia is seeking a VTC/VoIP Engineer to support secure conference operations. The successful candidate will maintain AV/VTC systems, integrate AV equipment, and ensure DoD cybersecurity compliance. Requirements include 3+ years of AV/VTC support experience, strong Cisco expertise, and a Secret clearance. Competitive benefits package, including PTO and insurance, is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AV/VTC systems support and integration.
• 2–5 years of IT experience with VTC/UC platforms in secure environments.
• Must have a Secret clearance and be eligible for Top Secret with SCI-level adjudication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot AV/VTC systems in various environments.
• Install and integrate AV equipment for conference setups.
• Monitor and support VTC sessions using Cisco tools.
• Administer VTC and UC endpoints and ensure compliance.
• Deliver user training and provide system documentation.
