iQuasar, LLC seeks an AV Technician to deliver on-site VTC support at Fort Eustis, VA. The role involves troubleshooting Cisco and Polycom conferencing gear, configuring setups, and providing user training.

You will manage equipment maintenance, spares, and preventive maintenance across multiple VTC rooms, including Skype for Business integration. The employee will work with a team to ensure secure, reliable communications across NIPR and SIPR networks, handling escalation to the VC Lead for

Qualifications

• Secret Security Clearance required.
• 2+ years audio/visual experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams functionality and troubleshooting hardware peripherals.
• Knowledge of AV signal paths (scalers, switchers, DAs, extenders) for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site AV/VTC support, troubleshooting Cisco-based conferencing systems and DISA lines.
• Setup, scheduling, maintenance, and replacement of VTC equipment; in-call support and end-user training.
