A consulting and outsourcing firm is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to provide audio-visual and video teleconferencing support. The role involves troubleshooting various AV/VTC issues, supporting desktop equipment setups, and managing video productions for live events. Qualified candidates will have at least four years of relevant experience, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with multiple software tools. Local candidates are preferred as only in-person interviews will be conducted.

Qualifications

• At least four years current experience in IT support.
• Experience with audio/video conferencing and related issues.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support for VTC conference call monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Install and configure VTC codec equipment.
• Assist customers with electronic presentations and AV/VTC equipment.
• Schedule and monitor audio/video conferences.
• Train users to operate AV/VTC equipment.
