As Head of Business Development, you own our largest veterinary deals, from initial conversations to signed contracts, spanning many locations.

With a $2M annual quota and a feed of meetings from our sales development team or inbound, you will close high-impact opportunities across locations while avoiding people-management duties.

Qualifications

• Experience closing multi-location or enterprise deals.
• Ability to manage long consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Track record of $1M+ annual closes on large accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own full cycle on large veterinary deals from discovery to close (3–12 months).
• Engage owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand deals to additional locations and services after signing.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft proposals for key deals.
