Blacksmith Agency is a pioneering AI-first digital agency focusing on veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices. As Director of Sales for Veterinary, you own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract, with timeframes spanning 3 to 12 months.

You will handle strategic accounts with many locations, guided by our sales development team and inbound leads. You will close complex deals, without direct reports, and expand after signing.

Qualifikationen

• A track record of closing large, multi-location or enterprise accounts (e.g., veterinary groups).
• Experience selling to multi-location buyers or marketing/agency services to similar buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.

• The full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
