Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Head of Business Development for Veterinary to own our largest multi-location deals. You will close high-value opportunities across veterinary groups, guided by our inbound flow and sales development team.

You will manage long, multi-stakeholder negotiations with owners and regional operators, expanding to additional locations and services as deals close.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing $1M+ annual on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Long consultative sales cycles with several decision makers at owners/regional/marketing levels.
• Experience selling to veterinary groups or multi-location buyers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand: add locations and services after signing a group.
