Job summary
Keysight Technologies in California seeks a seasoned Business Development leader to drive growth in the Radar Test & Evaluation market across aerospace, defense, and government sectors. You will shape opportunities for advanced radar test solutions, build executive relationships, and lead capture activities from identification to contract award.
You will collaborate with product management, engineering, and sales to develop growth strategies, map the radar ecosystem, and position solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Systems Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- 5+ years in radar systems, radar testing, electronic warfare, RF systems, or defense sensing technologies.
- 5+ years in business development, capture, PM, or strategic account management in Aerospace & Defense.
- Proven success identifying and winning new business with strong relationships.
- Ability to travel up to 40%.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Radar Test & Evaluation market.
- Identify, qualify, and shape opportunities across radar modernization, defense programs.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline aligned with growth objectives.
- Engage customers early to influence requirements and position solutions.
- Lead account-development strategies for radar OEMs, integrators, and defense agencies.
