Job summary

Raytheon in Andover, MA is seeking a Principal Control Account Manager to support the LTAMDS program, delivering a next‑gen radar with 360‑degree visibility. Qualifications

• Typically requires STEM degree and 10 years of experience or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and EV tools (Planning/Scheduling, EVMS, IMP/IMS, Forecasts)
• Experience developing schedules, estimating costs, and analyzing cost/schedule progress using EVMS and reports

Responsibilities

• Plan time-phased scope and budgets for assigned Control Accounts
• Collaborate with LTAMDS cross-functional team including Engineering, Operations, IPC, and Quality
• Develop and maintain IPT Integrated Master Schedule tasks and LOE tasks
• Manage IPT EVMS performance: analyze labor/materials, create variance reports, develop corrective actions
• Contribute to EV-related deliverables (CPR, CFSR, VAR, CTDR) and program metrics
• Prepare for and execute Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR)
• Support Government Surveillance Reviews
