JPMorganChase is seeking a Treasury Management Officer in Commercial Banking to generate new treasury management business and maintain client relationships across a broad client base in the United States. You will leverage deep treasury product knowledge to develop localized market strategies while partnering with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership and Implementation teams.

• 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, COIs, and external consulting organizations.
• Strong time management, organizational and planning skills.
• Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor.

Responsabilidades

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues, benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage solutions specialists for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas and partner with product stakeholders to represent the client perspective in product evolution.
• Deliver thought leadership to market, prospects and clients on working capital solutions at events and media platforms.
• Manage the non-credit risk for the customer portfolio and monitor profitability of all relationships.
