Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Treasury Management Officer in Commercial Banking to generate treasury management revenue and deepen client relationships.

You will use deep product knowledge to craft local market strategies and partner with Banks, Client Service, and Product teams to deliver integrated cash solutions. You will lead strategic client dialogues, oversee complex reviews, and drive profitability while managing non-credit risk across a portfolio.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Proven track record in sourcing new business and negotiating effectively.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes, overdraft discipline, pricing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong client relationships with COIs and external consultants.
• Strong time management, organization and planning abilities.
• Proven history of meeting sales goals as a top performer.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business.
• Create strategic dialogues around client issues and quantify opportunities.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients to provide integrated treasury solutions.
• Lead business process reviews and engage solution specialists for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas and represent client perspectives in product development.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital at market events and webinars.
• Manage non-credit risk and monitor profitability of client relationships.
