Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills with proven revenue attainment.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit/risk processes, overdraft discipline and pricing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships with COIs and consultants.
• Strong time management, organizational and planning skills.
• Track record meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing treasury management business while expanding existing relationships.
• Develop strategic dialogues around client-centric issues using benchmarking and opportunity quantification.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions.
• Lead business reviews and engage product specialists for complex opportunities.
• Suggest new solution ideas and represent client perspectives in product development.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at market events and webinars.
• Manage non-credit risk and monitor profitability of assigned relationships.
