Qualifications

• 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Proven ability to prospect and close new treasury business.
• Strong knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and pricing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong client relationships with COIs and external partners.
• Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing client relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues and opportunity quantification.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to sales opportunities and engage industry specialists for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas and partner with product stakeholders to represent client needs.
• Deliver market thought leadership at roundtables, conferences, webinars, and media platforms.
• Manage non-credit risk for client portfolio and monitor profitability of relationships.
