Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Treasury Management Officer in Commercial Banking to grow treasury solutions and maintain client relationships.

You will leverage deep product knowledge to execute a market and product strategy, partnering with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership and Implementation teams. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth, conducting client dialogues, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and leading complex reviews to deliver integrated treasury

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong prospecting and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong client relationships with COI and external consultants.
• Strong time management and planning skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business.
• Retain and expand existing customer relationships.
• Develop strategic dialogues around client issues and best practices.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients to provide integrated treasury solutions.
• Lead business process reviews for key sales opportunities.
• Propose new solution ideas and partner with product stakeholders.
• Deliver market thought leadership at events and webinars.
