Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Treasury Management Officer in Commercial Banking to grow treasury management business and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience
• Strong selling and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes, overdraft management, and pricing philosophy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop strong client relationships with COIs and external consulting organizations
• Strong time management, organizational and planning skills
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing relationships
• Develop strategic dialogues around client-centric issues with benchmarking and solution positioning
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions within a consultative framework
• Lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialists for complex reviews
• Raise new solution ideas and partner with product stakeholders to represent client perspectives in product evolution
• Deliver thought leadership to market, prospects and clients at roundtables, conferences, webinars, and media platforms
• Manage non-credit risk for customer portfolio and monitor profitability of relationships
