Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Treasury Management Officer in Commercial Banking to generate new treasury management business and maintain client relationships.

You will leverage deep treasury product knowledge to develop and execute localized market and product strategies while partnering with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership, and Implementation teams. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, strategic dialogue with clients, and leadership in delivering integrated treasury

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong prospecting, selling and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes, overdraft management, and pricing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong client relationships with COIs and external partners.
• Strong time management, organizational and planning skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing client relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues with benchmarking and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions.
• Lead business process reviews for sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialists.
• Raise new solution ideas with product stakeholders from the client perspective.
• Deliver market thought leadership at roundtables, conferences, webinars, and media.
• Manage non-credit risk for client portfolio and monitor profitability of relationships.
