Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills with a proven track record.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes, overdraft management and pricing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop strong client relationships with COIs and external partners.
• Strong time management, organizational and planning skills.
• Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; top individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing client relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues, benchmarking and opportunity quantification for solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialists for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas and partner with product stakeholders to represent the client perspective in product development.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at roundtables, conferences, webinars, and media platforms.
• Manage non-credit risk for the customer portfolio and monitor profitability of all relationships.
