Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling, negotiation and prospecting abilities.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and COIs.
• Strong time management and planning skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsabilités

• Grow revenue by sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing client relationships.
• Lead strategic dialogues around client-centric issues, benchmarking, quantification, and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to client sales opportunities with industry solutions specialists.
• Raise new solution ideas and represent client perspective in product development.
• Deliver thought leadership at market events and through professional media platforms.
• Manage non-credit risk for client portfolios and monitor profitability.
