Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Proven ability to source new treasury management business.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong time management and planning skills.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client issues, benchmarking and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage industry specialists for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas and represent client perspectives in product development.
• Deliver thought leadership to market, prospects and clients on working capital solutions.
• Manage non-credit risk for customer portfolio and monitor profitability.
