• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Proven ability to source new treasury management business and grow existing relationships.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit/risk processes, overdraft management, and pricing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients, COIs, and external consultants.
• Strong time management and planning skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues, benchmarking, and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions.
• Lead business process reviews for key sales opportunities and engage solutions specialists.
• Raise new solution ideas and work with product stakeholders to reflect client perspective.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at events and webinars.
• Manage non-credit risk for customer portfolio and monitor profitability.
