Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Tempe is seeking a Treasury Management Officer in Commercial Banking to generate new treasury management business and manage client relationships.

You will leverage deep treasury product knowledge to build and execute a localized market strategy while partnering with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership, and Implementation teams. You will lead revenue growth, craft client-centric dialogues, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver integrated treasury

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Proven ability to develop new business with strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management, and pricing philosophy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, COIs, and external consultants.
• Strong time management, organization and planning skills.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals; top individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing relationships.
• Lead strategic dialogues around client-centric issues with benchmarking, quantification, and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to key sales opportunities and engage solution specialists for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas and partner with product stakeholders to reflect client needs in product evolution.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at market events, roundtables, and webinars.
• Manage non-credit risk for the customer portfolio and monitor profitability of relationships.
