Job summary

JPMorganChase in Kansas City seeks a Treasury Management Officer to grow treasury solutions for commercial clients. You will leverage deep product knowledge to develop localized market strategies and partner with bankers, service, product leadership (Core Cash, Card and Commerce Solutions) and Implementation teams.

You will lead revenue growth by prospecting new treasury management business, expanding existing relationships, and presenting integrated solutions at client roundtables and industry

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills with a track record of developing new business.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management, and pricing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, COIs, and external consultants.
• Strong time management, organization and planning skills.
• Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing client relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues, benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialists for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas and partner with product stakeholders to represent client perspectives in development of complex products.
• Deliver thought leadership to market, prospects and clients on working capital solutions at roundtables, conferences, webinars, and media platforms.
• Manage the non-credit risk for the customer portfolio and monitor profitability across relationships.
