Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Proven success developing new business with strong prospecting and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes, overdraft management, and pricing philosophy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop strong client relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
• Strong time management, organizational and planning skills.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues and provide integrated treasury solutions.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to deliver consultative solutions.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to sales opportunities and engage solution specialists when needed.
• Raise new solution ideas and partner with product teams to evolve complex products.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at market events and webinars.
• Manage non-credit risk for customer portfolio and monitor profitability.
