Qualifications

• 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills with new business development focus.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit/risk processes and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding client relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client issues, benchmarking, and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients to provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework.
• Lead business process reviews for key client sales opportunities with product stakeholders.
• Raise new solution ideas and represent client perspective in product development.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at events and webinars.
• Manage non-credit risk for the customer portfolio and monitor profitability.
