Job summary

IPSY seeks a VP, TPM to partner with the CTO and lead the centralized PMO across our tech organization. This hybrid role combines strategic thinking, governance, and hands-on leadership for a high-growth ecommerce and subscription platform.

The ideal candidate will own a portfolio including platform modernization, checkout/payments, fulfillment, personalization, and subscription systems, building an operating rhythm, risk management, and KPI tracking to drive reliable delivery during peak

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, CS, or related field.
12+ years of technology leadership spanning strategy, PMO, and digital operations.
Experience in consumer-facing digital products, e-commerce, or subscription platforms.
Fluent in how digital platforms ship and get measured; translate to executive audiences.
Hands-on fluency with delivery and collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com.
Strong financial acumen and ability to design scalable governance models.

Responsibilities

Lead centralized PMO with vision, operating model, and governance.
Define and manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives across platforms and payments.
Build an operating framework to prioritize work, track milestones, and manage budget.
Keep cross-functional teams aligned on scope, sequencing, and delivery dates.
Lead a high-performing team of PMs; establish scalable methodologies.
Drive end-to-end execution of complex programs and platform enhancements.
Introduce best practices, tools, and technologies to improve execution.
