Job summary

IPSY is seeking a VP, TPM to lead the centralized PMO and partner with CTO to drive strategic technology programs across a high‑growth e‑commerce and subscription platform. This role blends strategy, governance, and hands‑on execution in a remote‑first environment.

You will own the portfolio for platform modernization, checkout/payments, fulfillment, personalization, and subscriptions, building operating rhythms and KPI dashboards to keep engineering, product, data, and operations aligned.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of technology leadership spanning strategy, program management, and digital operations.
• Experience in consumer‑facing digital products, e‑commerce, or subscription‑commerce platforms.
• Fluent in how digital platforms actually ship and get measured — delivery mechanics, instrumentation, and engineering culture.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive annual planning, OKR alignment, and progress tracking across the technology organization.
• Lead the centralized PMO function; define and implement its vision, operating model, and governance framework.
• Define and manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives spanning platform modernization, checkout/payments, fulfillment, personalization, and subscription systems.
• Build the operating framework to prioritize work, track milestones, resolve dependencies, and manage budget.
• Lead a high‑performing team of project/program managers and establish standardized methodologies (Agile, hybrid, stage‑gate).
• Drive end‑to‑end execution of complex, cross‑functional programs (platform enhancements, personalization, fulfillment optimization).
• Introduce best practices, tools, and technologies to enhance execution (Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).
• Partner with Product and Engineering to strengthen Agile practices and delivery predictability.
• Support roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and release governance.
• Enable data‑driven decision‑making and iterative delivery models.
