Job summary

Jobot is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition leader who will own recruiting strategy across high-volume field hiring and leadership roles. The VP recruits by aligning business plans with workforce pipelines, partnerships with schools, and labor-market insights. This role reports to the CHRO and shapes an enterprise TA playbook.

You will drive multi-state hiring, build scalable processes, oversee technology, and mentor teams while balancing long-term investments with urgent project needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting operations experience.
• Experience leading multi-state teams and executives.
• Proven TA strategy with high-volume and leadership hiring.
• Ability to translate forecasts into recruiting plans.
• Strong data-driven decision making and labor-market insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise recruiting strategy aligned to growth and geographic expansion.
• Partner with leaders to ensure workforce readiness and pipeline health.
• Define metrics and govern the recruiting technology roadmap.
• Oversee travel-ready workforce strategy and two-way market insights.
• Develop and mentor recruiting leaders across locations.
