Jobot is seeking a visionary VP of Enterprise Recruiting to shape the organization’s talent supply across field, trades, technical and leadership roles. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organisational Development or related field.
10+ years in talent acquisition, workforce strategy or recruiting operations.
Executive presence and ability to influence leaders at multiple levels.
Experience managing recruiting budgets, agencies and vendor performance.
Experience leading leaders and multi‑state teams.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise recruiting strategy aligned to growth plans, project commitments and geographic expansion.
Oversee staffing plans by job family, location, and start dates to hit hiring targets.
Counsel executives on labour-market feasibility, risk and investment for hiring.
Develop scalable approaches for project mobilisations and accelerated hiring periods.
Own recruiting analytics, budget, spend and technology roadmap.
