Jobot is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Workforce Strategy to lead enterprise TA and workforce playbooks for a fast-growing, project-driven organization. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development or related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of progressive talent acquisition, workforce strategy or recruiting operations experience.
Executive presence with ability to influence leaders and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise TA strategy aligned to growth plans and geographic expansion.
Oversee recruiting operations, analytics and labor-market intelligence.
Develop apprenticeships, early-career pipelines and multi-state strategies.
Partner with CHRO and HR leadership on talent investments and operating model.
Drive recruitment spend, vendor management and candidate experience.
