Job summary

Jobot is seeking a VP of Recruiting to lead enterprise-level talent acquisition, workforce strategy, and partnerships across field, technical, and leadership roles. You will set strategy, priorities and analytics to drive hiring results in a fast-growing, multi-market environment.

You will oversee a director-led recruiting organization, optimize processes, and build apprenticeship and early-career pipelines while engaging executives and business leaders on labor-market considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development or related field.
• 10+ years of talent acquisition, workforce strategy or recruiting operations.
• Experience leading leaders and multi-state teams.

Responsibilities

• Define TA strategy aligned to growth plans and geographic expansion.
• Lead recruiting operations through the director and manage SLAs.
• Develop apprenticeships, early-career programs and pipelines across markets.
• Partner with Marketing on candidate campaigns and EVP.
• Ensure compliance and data-driven decision making.
