Job summary

Jobot seeks a senior talent leader to own enterprise recruiting strategy and workforce delivery across multiple markets. You will partner with CHRO-level stakeholders to forecast demand, shape programs and lead a directorate in driving results for high-volume and specialized roles.

You will oversee analytics, labor-market intelligence, and an operating model that scales as projects expand nationally, with travel and hybrid work as core elements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition, workforce strategy or recruiting operations experience.
• Proven results building and executing TA strategy across high-volume hourly or field hiring and salaried leadership hiring.
• Experience in a multi-business, geographically dispersed or project-based organization.
• Executive presence and ability to influence leaders and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop an enterprise recruiting strategy aligned to growth plans and geographic expansion.
• Lead talent acquisition operations and define standards, priorities and analytics.
• Manage multi-state teams and oversee high-volume field hiring and leadership recruiting.
• Partner with executives to forecast workforce needs and translate forecasts into pipelines.
• Oversee travel workforce strategy and recruitment spend, vendor performance and process improvements.
• Build talent pipelines for apprenticeships, early careers and critical roles across markets.
