Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting operations experience.
• Experience leading leaders and multi-state teams.
• Proven TA strategy across high-volume hourly and salaried hires.
• Strong recruiting technology, data quality and analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead TA strategy aligned to growth plans and geographic expansion.
• Convert forecasts into recruiting pipelines by location and start date.
• Deliver qualified talent for high-volume field roles and leadership positions.
• Counsel executives on labor-market feasibility and required investments.
• Design scalable approaches for project mobilizations and new markets.
• Lead recruiting operations with established service levels and escalations.
• Oversee labor-market intelligence, analytics and continuous improvement.
