Jobot is seeking a VP of Talent Acquisition to lead the enterprise recruiting function across field, trades, technical, professional and leadership roles. You will report to the CHRO and participate in the HR leadership team, shaping the operating model and driving analytics, labor-market intelligence and strategic partnerships.

You will oversee a director, develop multi-state pipelines, manage budgets and partnerships, and align talent supply with project commitments.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition, workforce strategy or recruiting operations experience.
• Executive leadership experience and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Proven results building TA strategy across high-volume hourly or professional hiring.
• Experience in multi-state, project-based environments with shifting demand.
• Strong command of recruiting technology and analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise recruiting strategy aligned to growth plans and geographic expansion.
• Convert forecasts into recruiting and pipeline plans by job family and location.
• Deliver qualified talent for field, trades, professional and leadership roles.
• Design scalable approaches for project mobilizations and periods of accelerated hiring.
• Own metrics tying recruiting activity to business outcomes and workforce readiness.
