Jobot seeks a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruiting efforts across the U.S. and Canada, managing the full lifecycle from intake to onboarding and driving a positive hiring experience.

This role requires strong sourcing, analytics, and stakeholder management, with the ability to push back on hiring managers to align talent strategy with market realities. Hybrid schedule and competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally including technology or software recruiting.
• Strong ability to use data and analytics to inform talent decisions and measure outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to push back on hiring managers when market realities require alignment.
• Strong organizational skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.

Responsabilités

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Proactively identify and engage active and passive candidates across roles and channels.
• Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates against requirements.
• Lead interview processes, scheduling, evaluation, and debriefs.
• Collaborate with HR on talent programs, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.
• Use talent analytics to identify opportunities and influence hiring decisions.
• Monitor recruiting trends and labor market conditions to improve strategies.
• Support onboarding activities for exempt and non-exempt employees.
